poets attempt,
thru inadequate means,
to capture or describe
the indescribable,
nevertheless, it's our efforts
that make us
poets

i try in vain to capture the totality
of meaning or infinity
in a word and fail
but
i never stop trying

did u catch the meaning?
did it touch ur soul?
could u appreciate the
subtlety and deft delivery?

No!

well, it's the best i could do
in the circumstances --
infinity is best described
by silence
the poetry of peace
and stillness
has already been written
without words, medium
or stylus of any kind
