every dawn is new
clichés and uniformity
are anathema to nature's dance

every celestial light formation
placid sea and raging torrent
are unique
not one grain of sand
on Bondi beach is the same
as another

the entire universe sends
an unambiguous message to humanity
but few receive it

conservatism is anathema to change
and intolerant of free expression

every blade of grass, fluttering leaf
snowflake and rain drop spell
defeat for the fools that would control
humanity

mesmerised populations do not
remain fascinated forever,
slavery creates the will to freedom,
need i raise a banner?

in vain do fools contrive to
contain humanity,
every artist, free spirit and newborn babe
defy the visionless, soulless ideology
of conservatism

take a look and see
then reject the chains of conformity,
embrace the amazing harmony
that drives the process of renewal

every pulse of creation is new
every instant existence sheds its skin

i need not lift a finger to vanquish
conservatism, religious, political
or otherwise

the infinite power of creation
requires no assistance
