I chose you,
infinite choices reduced to a moment
in time with you,
you are that one i want to hold -
it seems absurd
but i am making the choice,
picking the pick of the pickles
for the picker

i choose and pick from available choices,
with blind faith i have chosen wisely,
but with you it’s not a choice,
you are the chosen one that
i’d choose every time
