by stealth a poem
appeared, fully formed
complete
but my fuckin’ word processor
shit itself and the poem left
before i could transcribe it;
it departed as quick as it appeared
vanished without a fuckin’ trace
a very odd occurrence
as other poems leave vestiges
of themselves
like trail markers
for the lost

i am left deserted
like a jilted lover
a cock without the
comfort of a cunt
