Heart Sutra

The Dalai Fraud

“coursing” in the Void
the Bodhisattva
withdrew himself from
ineffable bliss
to save humanity -- huh!
what is wrong with
that picture?

that is what finally
did it for me and
Buddhism
i mean, fair fuckin’ go
who would forego
eternal bliss for a lost
species of reprobates
murderers
thieves
and every other flawed
and perverse tendency
you care to name --
humanity suffers from them
all.

a job well done, humankind;
there is no species
in this universe that matches
the perversity of man

am i now supposed
to believe that an enlightened
being would steep so low
into the sewers of existence
to assist a bunch of maggots
and i’m no misanthrope?

i’m not buying it,
Buddhism is a fraud,
a croc -- take a look
at the Dalai fraud for Christ’s sake
a simple Buddhist monk, my arse
a CIA lackey and roaming political agitator
more likely
and of course we know there is no
politics in the void, Mr Dalai croc

the sutra should go something like this:

in the space between
seen and unseen,
declaration and contradiction
the unpolluted, streams
uninterrupted
imperturbable
impervious to every
attempt to despoil
and pollute it

it streams
and is the delight
of innumerable Buddhas
from innumerable worlds

streaming light
and the coursing
are undifferentiated
inviolable
absolute
knowledge
Being
continuous
Perfect

you see,
humanity is not an aberration
it is non-existent
a product of a demon
dreaming of ways to offend
the Gods
and what better way than
to create humanity
and pollute an entire realm
with its perverse presence
