whether it’s the to’ing
or fro’ing that gets to me
i don’t know
but i do know
it pisses me

come hither with an
exposed breast
or fuck off
after sex,
two’s a crowd

so it’s One that endures
and overcomes
that one however
is two, merged

desire is instantaneous
as is attraction --
sex is dispensing with opposites
but love annihilates
everything
replacing what it eradicates
with euphoria

is it too much to ask
for an uncluttered,
honest approach?

sweet surrender
is for the few
